When Can I Enroll?
You can sign up for your Superior Home Warranty AT ANY TIME. Though home warranties are often made available when homes are sold, you do NOT have to be involved in a real estate transaction to enroll.

 

Coverage continues for 1 year from your start date. Or, if you already have coverage through another carrier, Superior Home Warranty will start your new coverage
  when your old policy expires.

 

You don’t need a home inspection! While it’s a good idea to have your home inspected to make sure everything is in working order, it is NOT required to enroll in a    Superior Home Warranty plan.
